Abel Quintic covers all broadcast modes

Abel Quintic is extended from mobile TV to also support DVB-S/T/C and IPTV. While previously supporting DVB-H only, Abel Quintic now offers support for both mobile TV and fixed TV. It can be configured for either or for both. Security device selection now also includes smart cards in addition to SIMs and microSD cards.
